Set an alarm every 20-30 minutes to change from sitting to standing and vice-versa.

Go for a walk while on your lunch break. Fresh air and sunshine is great for your mental health as well .

Keep a small water bottle or cup at your desk. Every time it is emptied, leave your desk and take a trip to the water fountain to fill it up. Most people do not drink enough water throughout the day so this will address two items at once!
