3 Tips to Promote Movement While @ Work

In this day and age, we tend to live a very sedentary life - chained to our desks and endless Zoom calls. But there are small ways we can infuse a little more movement into our day to ensure we maintaining good posture, keep blood flowing, and let our muscles know we have not forgotten them. :-)
Set an alarm every 20-30 minutes to change from sitting to standing and vice-versa.
Go for a walk while on your lunch break. Fresh air and sunshine is great for your mental health as well .
Keep a small water bottle or cup at your desk. Every time it is emptied, leave your desk and take a trip to the water fountain to fill it up. Most people do not drink enough water throughout the day so this will address two items at once!

Marching in Place
Heel Raise → Squat Complex
